October 2009 was the 10 year anniversary show for one of, if not, my favorite bands. That is The Lawrence arms. They celebrated this as a totally bad-ass show at one of the best venues ever, Chicago's Metro. The recorded the show and are going to put out a dvd of the whole event. Today saw the posting of 2 videos of songs from that dvd: "recovering the opposable thumb" and one of my all-time favorite songs, "100 resolutions"
In case you have not figured out based on this blog title being from "The Revisionist" my absolute favorite song from The Lawrence Arms, I am a HUGE fan of this band.
